· Responsibilities
· Uphold the DfE Teachers’ Standards 2011.

Plan and deliver creative lessons that align with the curriculum.

Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes
learning.
· Develop individualised learning plans to meet the needs of all pupils.
· Assess pupil progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
· Communicate effectively with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
· Implement research-based teaching strategies and use resources effectively to promote excellent learning outcomes.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in education.
· Valid teaching certification.
· Preference of experience working with EYFS or KS1 pupils.
· Clean DBS checks.
· Strong knowledge of phonics and reading teaching.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Enjoys research and upskilling their role in education.
·
Patience and adaptability in working with diverse pupil populations.
