You will:

Plan
and deliver individual and small group lessons using autism-informed approaches
that promote communication, regulation, and engagement

Collaborate
closely with teaching assistants and specialist professionals to create a
nurturing, inclusive learning environment

Contribute
to the development and review of EHCP targets and individual learning plans to
ensure every pupil’s progress and well-being
·
Support
pupils’ inclusion in wider school activities and maintain strong home-school
partnerships
·
Maintain
accurate records of pupil progress and contribute to assessment and reporting
processes
·
Engage
in ongoing professional development to deepen your expertise and share best
practice

You will be
a dedicated professional who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status
(QTS) and has a strong understanding of autism and evidence-based SEN
strategies
- Is passionate about creating a
safe, stimulating environment where every pupil can thrive
- Demonstrates adaptability and
creativity in planning and delivering personalised learning
- Communicates effectively and
builds positive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues
- Is compassionate, patient, and
resilient, with a commitment to inclusive education and continuous
professional development
- Has experience or a keen
interest in working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams

close-knit one-form entry primary school with a specialist SEN Unit, The
Canopy, dedicated to autistic pupils. Our extensive grounds — including
