Are you a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse looking to work in a rewarding school environment? We have an exciting opportunity for a School Nurse to join our dedicated Medical Centre team and play a key role in supporting the health and wellbeing of our school community.
As a School Nurse, you will provide a high standard of nursing care to pupils, staff and visitors, responding to both routine and urgent medical needs. You will deliver immediate care for illness and injuries, including sports-related incidents, and support students with health related needs through effective care planning and collaboration with parents and colleagues.
You will run nurse-led drop-in clinics, respond to emergencies across the School estate, and contribute to health education initiatives. The role also includes maintaining accurate medical records, supporting medical examinations and vaccinations, and ensuring compliance with clinical and safeguarding standards.
This role is
term time only for 4 days per week. The hours of work are 8.15am to 5.30pm,
Monday to Saturday (on a rota basis).
