This is a full time, permanent position for approximately 37.5 hours per week over 52 weeks per year. We are looking to fill the hours from 6:30am to 2:30pm Monday to Friday with a 30 minutes unpaid break.
Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-day care, maintenance, and security of the school site, working as part of a team, responding to requests from stakeholders
Opening and closing the premises as required
Carrying out minor repairs, maintenance, and health & safety checks
Reporting to the School Business Manager any repairs and/or maintenance work required at the premises which cannot be undertaken as part of the above duties
Liaising with contractors and supporting school events as needed

Practical, hands-on, and able to work independently
Reliable, flexible, and well-organised
Committed to high standards of health, safety, and cleanliness
Positive attitude and able to work as part of a school team
Previous caretaking or maintenance experience is desirable but not essential. Please see the full job description attached.
