The Role

As a Teacher of History, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality lessons across KS3 and KS4.
  • Inspire curiosity about the past and its impact on contemporary society
  • Use a range of teaching strategies and resources to make History accessible and engaging for all learners
  • Support enrichment opportunities such as educational visits, themed events, debating activities, and History clubs

Who We Are Looking For?

  • A qualified teacher (QTS) with a strong degree in History or a related subject.
  • Has strong subject knowledge across a range of historical periods and topics
  • Someone who is committed to "climbing the mountain" of academic excellence alongside our students.
  • A professional who values Luton’s rich, multicultural heritage and can bring that perspective into the classroom.
