The Role

We are looking for someone who can:

·         Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4.

·         Bring a specialist skill set—whether that’s fine art, textiles, photography, or graphics—to enrich our curriculum.

·         Foster a love for the subject that extends beyond the classroom through exhibitions and extracurricular clubs.

·         Maintain the high standards of attainment and progress that our students deserve.

About You

You’ll be a dedicated professional who knows that teaching Art is about more than just technique—it’s about confidence and curiosity. You should have:

·         A degree in Art or a related discipline and QTS.

·         The ability to motivate students of all abilities, from the reluctant sketcher to the gifted painter.

·         A touch of wit and the resilience to handle a room full of Year 9s with paintbrushes.

·         A commitment to the safeguarding and well-being of all young people.
