We are seeking an outstanding teacher and leader with a strong proven track record of improving outcomes for students. You will be a highly effective and flexible leader willing to take on challenges and engage others in supporting improvements. You will be a dedicated and driven individual with a passion for supporting and developing excellent practice in all areas of school life. You will also demonstrate excellent attention to detail and be able to see plans through to successful completion.
Specific areas of responsibility will require the ability to analyse performance data highly effectively and to use this information to support the development of plans and activities which lead to continual improvement. Strong attention to detail and mathematical acumen are essential.
Ideally, you will have senior leadership or extensive middle leadership experience with the ability and enthusiasm to motivate staff and students. You should have a proven track record of leading and managing a team to improve student outcomes.
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will work collaboratively with other senior leaders and the Headteacher to raise attainment and secure continuous improvement. You will be an excellent role model for staff and students, and contribute positively to the school’s ethos and objectives.
