35 hours per week, 08.30am – 4.00pm Monday – Friday, term time + 5 training days NJC Payscale L3 Pt 6
Pupils are cared for by adults who meet their needs well. They are polite and respectful towards staff and visitors. Pupils enjoy the interesting and engaging lessons at their school. They take pride in their work and listen to the advice that adults given them to improve (Ofsted April 2023).
We are seeking to appoint a Finance & Admin Assistant to join our office team, who can provide financial support to the Bursar and Senior Leadership Team, staff the school reception and administer records.
Are you someone who:
Will be dedicated to supporting the aims and ethos of our successful Catholic school and is enthusiastic and proactive, with excellent attention to detail and good organizational skills
Able to follow and work within procedures and guidelines, prioritising work to meet deadlines and will support the school in its effective discharge of financial and administrative matters
Will work as part of an established team and demonstrate a positive attitude and good communication skills and will be flexible, enthusiastic and committed to supporting the needs of School staff and pupils
