SEND Teacher – Shaping Exceptional Learning
Part-Time negotiable hours, 1 year fixed term with possibility of extension (funding dependent)
September 2026 Start
At Bramingham Primary School, inclusion is at the heart of
everything we do. Every individual, every achievement and every moment matters.
Our staff team is deeply committed to meeting the diverse learning needs of all
our children, and we are seeking a teacher who shares this ethos and is ready
to contribute to our vibrant, nurturing community.
You will design and adapt learning spaces and experiences,
teaching small groups of children with additional needs, ensuring full
participation in school life. Working with a skilled support team, you will
guide staff in planning and tailoring provision, creating a safe, predictable
and highly supportive environment where every child can thrive.
Our children are encouraged to think independently, ask
questions, embrace mistakes as learning opportunities and develop a genuine
curiosity about the world around them. We offer a broad and balanced curriculum
that enables every child to learn in the way that is most meaningful and
appropriate for them.
We are also proud to host a resourced provision for children
with medical and/or physical needs, enabling many pupils to access specialist
care while remaining fully included in our school community.
Children, parents, staff and governors all feel a strong
sense of pride in being part of Bramingham and we work closely with families to
support children in their lifelong learning journey.
If what you’ve read resonates with you, we would be
