The Orchard is a new SEMH service, based at Wigmore Primary School and serving the Eastern Partnership of Luton schools.
We are looking for a part-time
Administrative Assistant to provide clerical, administrative and receptionist
support to the Orchard team.
We are looking for someone
to:
•
Be the first
point of contact for schools, parents and visitors to the Orchard;
•
Maintain
computerised systems and manual files;
•
Manage diaries
and organise meetings, visits etc;
•
Provide first
aid and general clerical support to the Orchard;
•
Follow school
policies and procedures;
•
Organise and
manage your own time;
•
Work
effectively while under pressure
You will be working as
