If you are the person we are looking for you will :

• Hold Qualified Teacher status;

• Be a confident KS1 practitioner who has a proven track record of having a positive impact on pupil outcomes;

• Have a positive attitude with high aspirations for all pupil’s achievement and behaviour;

• Be inspired and passionate about learning and has the ability to motivate and inspire others;

• Commitment to whole school improvement with excellent organisation, communication and interpersonal skills to engage the wider community;

• Be able to maintain and enhance the School’s high standards;

• Contribute towards the School ethos, improvement activities and the wider School community;
