We are a very popular and vibrant 3 form entry primary school on the Hertfordshire / Luton border. The position:

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and nurturing member of staff to work with SEND children across Key Stage 1, which will include working with a child on a 1:1 basis. This is a fixed term post from September 2026 until August 2027.

The post is 8.45 – 3.30 Monday to Friday and the role also comprises of a lunch duty for 35 minutes each day.

You will:

  • Have recent and relevant school-based experience within Lower Key Stage 2/Key Stage 1
  • Have a working knowledge of the Lower Key Stage 2/Key Stage 1 curriculum, particularly Maths and English
  • Be committed to raising the achievement and attainment of all of our children
  • Have the drive, enthusiasm and commitment to develop our school further
  • Be a committed team player who enjoys working collaboratively
  • Be friendly, caring and hardworking
