St Matthew’s Primary School are looking for a SEN Teaching Assistants to join their energetic school team working within Early Years/KS1.

From our new, experienced SEN Teaching Assistant we would ask you to: 

• Be a positive, flexible and proactive team player

• Demonstrate knowledge and experience of working with a high level of SEN

• Support the teaching and learning of an individual with SEN

• Work in collaboration with teachers, contributing to planning and assessment of SEN pupils

• Build positive relationships with children and have experience of a wide range of strategies that can be used to engage, enthuse and support learners

• Be aware of the SEND Code of Practice

This role is a fixed-term post to 31st August 2026, term time only, 32.5 hours per week - 8:30am-3:45pm.
