Having entered a new phase of leadership, we are strategically focused on
strengthening and aligning our teaching and learning offer across our three
sites, supporting over 500 pupils with SEND across Leeds.
We are
seeking a full time experienced and aspirational HR Manager to join our senior
leadership team from May 2026. This is a key role, working closely with the
Principal and Heads of School to deliver an exemplary HR service across our
three sites.

local authority investment to expand and develop our facilities and curriculum
offer. As we have reached full capacity, this role is vital in ensuring
consistency, quality, and continued improvement in teaching and learning across
all phases and sites.

Headingley Learning. The successful candidate will work closely with the
Principal and Heads of School to deliver an exemplary HR service across our
sites. The successful candidate will be based at our Headingley site but will work across all sites.
