East Specialist Inclusive Learning Centre (East SILC) is a large and highly regarded 2–19 generic special school, supporting approximately 470 learners across multiple sites in Leeds. Alongside our core school provision, we deliver a range of city‑wide specialist services and partnerships, working closely with education, health and care colleagues to secure strong outcomes for children and young people with complex needs.
Purpose of the Role
This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping and developing Post‑16 provision for learners with severe and complex learning needs, ensuring strong Preparation for Adulthood pathways and positive destinations.
