We are keen to recruit a talented, energetic and positive person to compliment our existing pastoral team.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Deputy Headteacher, SEND leader and wider pastoral team. The role will be fluid and responsive to the varied needs of pupils.
The successful candidate will be able to build strong, trusting relationships with children, will base their practice in restorative values , be creative, solution focused and an excellent communicator.
The majority of the role will be spent working directly with children. Supporting the management and improvement of attendance and dealing with safeguarding matters are other important aspects of the role.
