This role is part-time and you will be working 37 hours per week, term time plus 2 days.
The successful candidate will work as part of our behaviour team and will be responsible for promoting the College’s behaviour system.
You will manage students using efficient and effective strategies, monitoring student welfare and providing interventions and support to students in our Reflection and Inclusion rooms.
You will provide a confidential,
administrative and community liaison function, and you will work alongside the team
to deliver comprehensive pastoral support.
