We are looking to recruit a knowledgeable and committed individual to become a Business Support Officer working in the attendance department at All Saints Catholic College.
Applicants must have a sound knowledge of an administration role and be able to handle a variety of tasks quickly, efficiently, and calmly, and be able to work to tight deadlines, having excellent organisational, administrative and IT skills.
The successful candidate will work alongside the Attendance Officer, undertaking tasks relating to data input, customer service and reporting. Please see the context sheet for more information. Training will be given for the attendance aspects of this role, if needed.
As part of the
role, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive and highly
efficient service dealing with enquiries from staff, students and
external agencies in a courteous, efficient and professional manner.
This role is 35 hours per week during term time. Monday - Friday 8am-3.30pm. You will also work one additional day at the start of September, to attend whole school training.
