About You

  • Is flexible and ready to work across different classes, adapting to the diverse needs of our pupils.
  • Shares our values of being Inspirational, Aspirational, and Transformational in everything they do.
  • Has a strong sense of responsibility for safeguarding and supporting vulnerable learners.

  • Opportunities to contribute to whole-school development initiatives.
  • A clear path for progression into middle and senior leadership positions as the school’s structure evolves.
  • Ongoing coaching and leadership development as part of your professional journey.

What We Offer

  • The opportunity to be part of a school that is actively growing, learning, and improving.
  • A chance to make a real, lasting difference in the lives of pupils with Autism.
  • A welcoming, hardworking staff team and a committed leadership group who value staff wellbeing and professional development.
  • A strong focus on CPD, with opportunities to learn, grow, and lead.
  • Structured support as you help shape our new curriculum and learning approaches.
  • Access to wider development opportunities through our Co-operative Trust network.
  • Mental health and wellbeing support, and a reduced working day on your birthday.
