We seek to appoint an enthusiastic and reliable Receptionist to assist with the smooth running of our busy school. The ideal candidate will be a confident individual who has a calm, professional approach and is able to communicate effectively.
You will be well organised, efficient and able to use a range of software. Working in an extremely busy environment, the ideal candidate will have strong administration skills. This is a key role that requires a high level of interpersonal skills, discretion, integrity and the ability to work well under pressure and under your own initiative.
The ability to deal with members of staff, students, parents and visitors in a positive and professional way is essential. Previous experience in an educational establishment is desirable but not essential.
An interest to train as a first aider would be desirable.
