Bournville Village Primary School is seeking to appoint a skilled and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (Level 4) to join our dedicated team.

As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will:
Lead learning activities for individuals, groups, or whole classes under the direction of a teacher.
Provide targeted interventions to raise pupil achievement and support inclusion.
Support planning, assessment, and the development of learning materials.
Take responsibility for the management of other support staff when required.
Support and model high standards of behaviour and learning.
Work closely with teaching staff to help deliver a rich, engaging curriculum.
Holds a recognised Level 4 HLTA qualification (or equivalent).
Has substantial experience working in a primary school setting.
Can demonstrate the ability to lead whole-class learning in the teacher’s absence.
Has excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
Is reflective, flexible, and committed to continuous professional development.
Is passionate about improving outcomes for all children.
