 (salary will be pro-rata based on working 32.5 hours per week & term time only)  

 

We are seeking a caring, passionate and dedicated Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teaching Assistant to join our successful, supportive and welcoming team.

Our Early Years classes are nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating, where every child is supported to thrive as a unique learner. Working alongside our experienced staff team and dedicated EYFS Lead, you will help provide our children with the very best start to their educational journey through a whole‑child approach that nurtures curiosity, confidence, and well‑being.

 

Experience and skills

  • Experience of planning, leading and participating in activities to support the learning needs of children in the EYFS, either in groups or 1-1
  • Create an engaging, safe, and stimulating environment for learning through play, where all feel they belong.
  • Highly effective communication and listening skills

Knowledge

  • A good understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices.
  • Good knowledge of early childhood development
  • Knowledge of current good practice for children aged 3 - 7

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
