The children, staff and Governing Board are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, inspirational and enthusiastic teacher (M1-M6) with a passion for early years education to join our outstanding dedicated team of staff.  The post is part-time with the allocated days being Monday to Wednesday.

·         Can demonstrate excellent pedagogical knowledge of the EYFS and the Teacher Standards.

·         Is committed to engaging and inspiring our children, has high expectations and the ability to make a real difference - building on what children already know and can do.

·         Shows flexibility, commitment and excellent interpersonal skills in order to work collaboratively as a valued member of the school team.

·         Is a fantastic role model to the team of experienced Teaching Assistants and leads learning and the team in the Nursery classroom.

·         Is dynamic in their ability to nurture, inspire and challenge all pupils to grow in confidence and make exceptional progress.

·         Will celebrate the uniqueness of every child and our inclusive ethos.

·         Provides a positive learning environment that stimulates creativity, curiosity, investigation, reasoning and problem-solving.

·         Provides an environment that respect the rights of the child.

·         Has high expectations of yourself, our staff and our children.

·         Has an understanding of the importance of working in partnership with parents.
