About this Role
We wish to appoint a full-time Teacher of Economics or HoD Economics to cover maternity leave. This is to teach KS4 & KS5 with some Business classes. This post is available September 2026. The candidate will also have the responsibility of KS4 Co-ordinator.
ü Economics and Business classes are taught in mixed ability groups from Year 10 onwards
ü Students follow the AQA syllabus at A-level for Economics and Business
ü Students follow the AQA syllabus for GCSE Business
ü Students follow the OCR syllabus for GCSE Economics
ü The Economics and Business department achieve outstanding results at both key stages
