WORKING HOURS & PATTERN
- 25 hours per week (Term Time Only)
- 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM (3 days per week) & 8:00 AM to 1:45 PM (2 days per week).
- A punctual 8:00 AM start is an essential operational requirement for this role to provide front-desk coverage at school opening.
JOB REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
- To welcome visitors to reception, answering the telephone, taking messages, deal with enquiries and assist in general administrative tasks
- Provide reliable, confidential administrative support to the HR function.
- Conduct supplier research, obtain competitive quotes, and prepare formal work orders and requisitions.
- Provide administrative and procurement support to the Catering Manager
- Maintain and update the school's Fixed Assets Register
- Update and monitor the facilities management compliance database with service dates, certification tracking, and engineering reports.
YOU WILL HAVE:
- A high level of communication skills with the ability to relate (both verbally and in writing) at all levels
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in ICT systems and administrative technology.
- Previous work experience in a busy office or school environment
- A proven ability to work on your own initiative, manage competing priorities, and maintain a positive, "can-do" attitude.
