We are looking for a Finance Assistant to join our dynamic and successful school; someone who is looking to be part of a friendly and hard-working team.

 

The successful candidate will:

  • Be able to assist the Finance Officer with the complete, accurate and timely recording and processing of financial transactions/orders ensuring they are clear, timely, accurate and achieve best value for the school
  • Be responsible for the organisation of the school’s lettings/hirers
  • Be responsible for the school’s asset register
  • Have knowledge of financial systems and procedures (desirable but not essential)
  • Be highly numerate and literate with a good level of education, have strong attention to detail and accuracy and possess strong organisational skills
  • Be a positive team player, willing to pitch in and help out where needed and believe in the importance of team work and a collaborative approach
  • Be committed to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and the principles and practice of equal opportunities
  • Be committed to the principles and practice of safeguarding all young people
