The Governors of St Teresa’s are
seeking to appoint an inspirational, dedicated and visionary Assistant
Headteacher with the responsibility of leading Early Years Foundation Stage.
The successful candidate will be highly effective, dedicated and creative, with
the highest expectations of standards and behaviour. They will be able to
motivate pupils and staff to reach their full potential. The successful
candidate will also hold responsibility for teaching a class or group dependent
on the needs of the school.
The successful candidate will be
a practising Catholic or willing to support
the strong Catholic ethos of our school, as well as an outstanding teacher, who has the
ability to play a key role in assisting the Headteacher to ensure that the EYFS
maintains its high standards while fully implementing a broad and challenging
curriculum.

• Has a clear vision for EYFS provision and has a clear
