·         Holds QTS and has recent experience of teaching in a primary classroom (training experience welcome for ECTs)

·         Is a practising Catholic or supportive of the school’s strong Catholic ethos

·         Has high expectations for all pupils and a clear philosophy for excellent teaching and learning

·         Can inspire, motivate, and engage children of all abilities

·         Is committed to inclusive practice and understands how to meet a diverse range of needs

·         Demonstrates excellent classroom management and a creative approach to learning

·         Is a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills

·         Brings energy, enthusiasm, organisation and resilience to the role
