Job Title: Assistant Headteacher - Lead for Inclusion

Location: St Anselm's Catholic Primary School

Grade/Scale: Leadership Pay Scale - Actual Salary £51,407- £51,407 per annum (L7)

Contract: 22 hours per week

We are looking to recruit an experienced and successful Senior Leader to join our school to lead on all aspects of inclusion by carrying out the role of SENDCo. This role will also involve leading on our drive to lead an inclusion culture. We are a two form entry primary school in Harrow and wish to appoint a strong leader who can promote our values and informed ethos.

Applicants should have good knowledge and experience of working to the Code of Practice and of driving whole school culture. An affinity for pupils with behavioural, emotional and social difficulties is an essential quality for this challenging but rewarding opportunity. Applicants should be resilient, have high expectations, and a sense of humour. You must be able to build positive relationships with our pupils and think outside of the box. A growth mindset and positive ethos are essential characteristics that we are looking for.
