Are you an exceptional teacher of pupils with SEND who would like to develop your career into a Leadership role within a vibrant large primary school? If so, we are looking to appoint an enthusiastic leader to be an advocate for SEND pupils in our school with a clear vision of inclusive practice.  Applications are invited from teachers who are either currently working as an accredited SENCO / Inclusion Leader or who are keen to gain a position and hold/or are willing to complete the National Award for SENCOs.

You will have:

• vision, commitment and the ability to communicate a ‘can do’ attitude

• excellent interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate colleagues whilst holding to account

• evidence of a track record of raising SEND pupils’ achievement

• experience as an effective practitioner in Primary Schools
