We are seeking
a knowledgeable,
proactive, and flexible ICT Technician to support our busy
school community. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a variety of
systems and platforms—including Windows, macOS, and Chromebooks—and to
contribute to the development of a robust and responsive ICT service.
You will work
closely with the ICT Systems Manager and Network Manager to maintain and
improve the school’s IT infrastructure. This includes supporting day-to-day
operations, enhancing digital learning platforms, and ensuring the delivery of
high-quality technical support to students and staff.
Key
responsibilities:

Providing
ICT support and troubleshooting across a range of devices and systems.
·
Assisting
with the implementation of school-wide digital strategies.
·
Maintaining
records and ensuring compliance across various IT systems, including MIS.
·
Supporting
the school’s network management and hardware maintenance.
The ideal
candidate will have:

Strong
ICT skills and the ability to adapt to a variety of platforms.
·
Excellent
communication and interpersonal abilities.
·
Relevant
ICT qualifications, or a willingness to work towards them (e.g., Network
Management, Web Design).

Knowledge
of IT compliance, systems management, and record keeping.
·
