Fortismere School is looking to appoint an
inspiring and dedicated ARP HLTA to join us on an exciting new journey.
Launching in September 2026, our brand-new Autism Resource Provision (ARP)
will support students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and associated
Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
While this is a specialised
provision, you will not be working in isolation. At Fortismere, inclusion is a
whole-school commitment, you will be backed by a supportive leadership team,
the ARP Lead, and a collaborative staff community dedicated to making this new
provision a success.

students overcome barriers to learning, enabling them to access the curriculum
and achieve their full potential.
