Are you an experienced and visionary School Business Manager ready to play a pivotal role in a thriving Catholic Jesuit secondary school and sixth form? We Are Looking For:

·         a professional qualification in school business management (CSBM, DSBM, or equivalent or working towards)

·         knowledge of health & safety, premises management, risk, procurement, finance, recruitment, GDPR and IT infrastructure (including cyber security)

·         strong organisational skills and attention to detail

·         interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with staff, governors, parents, and external partners

·         a commitment to the values of competence, conscience, and compassionate commitment, aligned with our Jesuit ethos

 

 

The successful candidate will also be:

 

·          well presented, articulate and an effective communicator

·          selfmotivated, dedicated and consistent

·         able to solve problems efficiently and make effective decisions

·          able to work well as part of a team and uses their initiative

·          able to bring a positive, flexible and proactive approach
