exploration, and growth come together. We’re proud of our inclusive atmosphere,
where children are encouraged to embrace their individuality and develop their
talents in every subject.
We’ve recently upgraded one of our playgrounds to a state-of-the-art 3G astroturf
pitch, offering exciting opportunities for outdoor sports and activities. This
modern facility is just one example of how we are constantly evolving to
provide the best for our students.
Why Barnfield?

At Barnfield, we place a strong emphasis on the arts, nurturing our students’
creative talents and giving them opportunities to shine. Whether it's music,

Our friendly staff are always ready to lend a helping hand. We have a strong
mentoring programme for ECTs and offer a flexible working environment, where
well-being and professional development are prioritised. Plus, we offer days in lieu

how important it is to maintain work/life balance.
