What We’re Looking For:

·        Support teaching and learning under the direction of the class teacher

·        Work with individual pupils and small groups to reinforce learning and promote progress

·        Support pupils' social, emotional and behavioural development

·        Assist in preparing classroom resources and learning activities

·        Encourage pupil engagement, independence and confidence

·        Support pupils with additional needs, including SEND, where appropriate

·        Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment

·        Assist with the supervision of pupils during lessons and other school activities

·        Promote safeguarding and the welfare of all pupils at all times
