About this Role

Queen's is seeking to appoint a compassionate, experienced and proactive School Counsellor to join our outstanding pastoral team. This is a rewarding opportunity to play a central role in supporting the emotional wellbeing, resilience and personal development of our pupils within a warm, inclusive and ambitious school community.

The successful candidate will provide confidential one-to-one counselling support to pupils referred through the pastoral team or through self-referral, while working closely with the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), pastoral leaders, the School Nurse and external agencies where appropriate.
