The governors of Cambridge School welcome applications for the post of Headteacher to join us in September 2026. We cater for students with a wide range of needs and conditions, ranging from children with autism (ASC) through to those who are experiencing complex social, emotional and mental health conditions (SEMH).

Our curriculum is constructed around developing independent living and employability skills that will lead to economic and emotional wellbeing. We are looking for:
A creative an innovative school leader who will:
· Provide dynamic, consistent and motivational leadership to the staff, children, families and wider community served by the school
· Ensure that the highest priority is given to promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children
· Inspire the pursuit of excellent educational standards and high aspirations for all students
· Provide strategic leadership responsive to the needs of the school community
· Oversee the effective use of resources and budget
