About this Role

Thomas Tallis is a flourishing and popular school situated in the Royal Borough of Greenwich. We currently have over 2000 pupils on the school roll with around 650 students in our highly competitive sixth form.  We strive for excellence in all that we do underpinned by our vision of education to understand the world and change it for the better.

 We wish to appoint an outstanding Maths teacher to join a well-established and well-resourced Maths department who will inspire our young people.  Ideally you will be able to teach across Key Stages 3 to 5.  You will be working alongside a team of experienced members of staff in a department with outstanding teaching.

 ECTs are very welcome to apply and will receive a full induction programme with the support and guidance of senior members of staff.

 We are looking for someone who:

·         is passionate about Maths with the ability to inspire students

·         can demonstrate excellent teaching and classroom management skills

·         has the ability to build good relationships with all students and adults

·         has a commitment to developing curriculum activities within the Maths faculty
