Welcome to the The Centre School, Cottenham, Cambridgeshire. We are a SEMH special school providing education for approx 130 students with EHCP’s from across Cambridgeshire. The School opened in January 2009 and is part of the Astrea Academy Trust. We operate a creative curriculum that offers a balance of learning opportunities inside and outside the classroom.

Our approach at The Centre School

The curriculum aims to produce young people that are successful learners, confident individuals and responsible citizens. A range of accreditation is used at both key stages in order to ensure that life chances are enhanced for all students. Progression, either within our own 6th form, or with other providers, is a priority for the school.
