The Marketing team at Haberdashers’ Elstree Schools is a busy, creative and collaborative department, playing a central role in how our schools present themselves to the world.

We are now recruiting two Graduate Marketing Content Assistants to join the team working across the Haberdashers' Elstree Schools.

You’ll work closely with the full team and gain experience across a wide range of projects, audiences and channels. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, collaboration and creativity, and who wants to develop their marketing career in a purpose-driven environment.

About the role

The Marketing department’s primary role is to support Admissions to organise various events and communications including Open Days and other admission related mornings.

The department also supports the Commercial team to help with advertising and promoting venue hire of the schools' facilities and additionally the Development team for fundraising activities and events.

In addition to this, the marketing department supports the overall school with any outwardly facing collateral for example, programmes for events, social channel content and promoting the day to day running of the schools.

Experience & Qualities we are looking for:

  • Educated to a degree level within a relevant field such as Marketing, Humanities, Media or similar pathway.
  • Ideally Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  •  A meticulous eye for detail, especially in adhering to brand guidelines and proof-reading.
  • Ability to write dynamic and interesting copy for electronic and printed publications.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. 
  • Ideally Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
