Our

for an enthusiastic and highly organised Recruitment and Resourcing Advisor to
help us attract great people to the College.
This is a
great opportunity to shape and improve our recruitment and resourcing approach,
enhance candidate experience, and support managers to meet the needs of their
teams and our learners.
You will play
an important role in delivering professional, efficient, and inclusive safer
recruitment processes that help us recruit and retain talented staff across the
organisation.

What you can expect from us - we care about your wellbeing so have several activities all year
