In a nutshell, we are a digital SaaS platform enabling schools and MATs to fully digitise their recruitment process while offering candidates a simple, fully compliant way to apply online. Developed by teachers, we are driven by our moral purpose and our commitment to outstanding customer service.
As we continue our rapid growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Software Tester to join our development team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their QA career who wants to learn, grow, and build real testing experience in a supportive and collaborative engineering environment.
You will join a dynamic team of smart, ambitious individuals who all share a passion for building technology that makes a meaningful difference.
As a Junior Software Tester, you will work closely with our Product Owner, Software Tester and Software Engineers to ensure new and existing features are thoroughly tested before release. This is a hands-on role focused on learning core QA skills, executing tests, identifying issues, and contributing to product quality.
You do not need an automation background to apply, but an interest in learning automated testing over time is welcomed.
Execute manual test cases for web and mobile components of the platform.
Record test results with clarity and accuracy.

Build skills in exploratory testing and structured test design.
Actively develop automated testing capability with support and mentoring.
Some experience in software testing, QA, or an IT/technical discipline (early career, internship, academic, or commercial).
