Term-time only + Training Days. Full time, 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
Although this role is advertised as full time, we would also welcome applications from those wanting part time hours and are open to discussions around times and days.
We are excited to offer an opportunity to join the Red Kite Teaching School Hub as an ECTE Co-ordinator, playing a key role in supporting and shaping the experience of early career teachers across our partnership. This dynamic and rewarding position sits at the heart of our work, coordinating activity across the Early Career Training Programme (ECTP) and Appropriate Body (AB) services to ensure high-quality provision and a seamless experience for schools and participants.
Working as part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team you will contribute to the ongoing development of our programmes, responding flexibly to the evolving needs of RKTSH and Red Kite Education. The role offers variety, responsibility and the opportunity to build strong partnerships with schools, including travel across North and West Yorkshire to support and oversee delivery.
This is an ideal role for someone who is organised, proactive and passionate about teacher development and who thrives on working collaboratively to make a positive impact on the next generation of teachers.
