The Role:
• Support the Head Teacher to deliver an ambitious vision for every child.
• Act in the absence of the Head Teacher.
• Work alongside the Head Teacher and wider partnership, to grow and develop as a leader equipped to progress onto Headship.
• Contribute to the strategic direction and development of the school.
• Lead and manage staff to ensure high standards of teaching and learning.
• Foster a positive and inclusive school culture.
