About this Role

The St Cuthbert Roman Catholic Academy Trust is seeking to appoint a dynamic and enthusiastic Chaplaincy Coordinator.  This is an exciting opportunity for someone with outstanding organisational skills and a vibrant love for Jesus Christ to make a real difference in the lives of young people and staff.

This post is 37 hours per week, term time only plus 15 additional days.

Based at St Mary’s College in Hull, the successful candidate will lead and deliver engaging chaplaincy provision for pupils in Years 7–13 and for staff. This role is central to our Trust’s mission: to ensure every member of our school community can ENCOUNTER the unconditional love of God, LEARN about the richness of our Catholic traditions, GROW in personal relationship with Jesus Christ, and FLOURISH in all aspects of life.

At St Mary’s, our school mission, “With God, all things are possible,” inspires us to trust in God’s plan and to know in our hearts that He is always with us.

As a reserved post, we are seeking a practising Catholic who is passionate about enhancing our Catholic ethos and leading chaplaincy provision across the school and sixth form. If you are confident in planning and leading liturgical celebrations, and your experience, energy, and values align with ours, we warmly invite you to apply.
