Work where it matters most, achieve what matters more
Be part of a team where passion meets purpose, as we work
together where the challenge is greatest, to change to lives and build the
futures of children and young people.
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Programme
Delivery Administrator to join our Professional Development (PD) team on a full-time
basis. This role is essential in supporting the smooth delivery of our OAT PD
programme, ensuring all systems, events, and processes run seamlessly. The role
will require travel to our Birmingham office and to events or academies across
the Trust as needed.
In this role you will work closely with programme leads,
professional development specialists, and external partners to maintain key
knowledge repositories, support high‑quality training events, and keep our
programme data accurate and up to date. If you thrive in a fast-paced
environment, enjoy variety in your day-to-day work, and have a passion for
operational excellence, we’d love to hear from you.
You’ll also be at the heart of our event delivery. From
coordinating venues and contributors to preparing resources, organising
catering, and ensuring every detail is in place, you’ll help create seamless,
high‑quality training experiences. On the day—whether in‑person or
online—you’ll be right there supporting setup, AV equipment, registers, and
troubleshooting anything that comes your way.
Your strong communication skills will shine as you manage
our PD inboxes, respond quickly to queries, and build relationships with
external partners. Behind the scenes, you’ll keep participant and programme
data in perfect shape, support reporting for evaluation and compliance, and
monitor departmental spend through raising POs and processing invoices.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to make a real
impact across our organisation.
