HR Officer
Arrangements: Monday to Friday, Full time, 37 hours per week, all year-round (open to discussions for alternative hours)
Location: Based across Dame Elizabeth Cadbury School and Matrix Head Office until end of summer term, then working across Walsall and Wolverhampton Schools
Full time annual salary: £32,677 (Scale Group 10)
Start date: As soon as possible
About the Role
As Matrix Academy Trust continues to grow, we are seeking to appoint a dedicated HR Officer to provide professional HR advice and support under the guidance of the HR Manager. A training package will initially take place at Dame Elizabeth Cadbury School, with ongoing support provided there until the summer term. Following this, the role will be based across schools in Walsall and Wolverhampton areas.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional who is proactive, highly organised, and committed to delivering an excellent HR service. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting staff, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures, and upholding our commitment to safeguarding and employee wellbeing.
Please note, the successful candidate may be required to work across different Trust sites in response to service demand and operational need.
