We are looking for an experienced facilities professional
who takes pride in ensuring a safe, secure, and welcoming environment. As our
Site Supervisor you will play a vital role in maintaining our academy's high
standards and supporting a positive experience for pupils, staff, and visitors
alike.
Your main place of work will be across two key school sites
within the Trust, with the flexibility required to cover other sites as of when required.

· About the Role
As Site Supervisor, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day
management and operation of premises-related functions including:
·
Building and grounds maintenance
·
Health and safety compliance
·
Cleaning and security
·
Lettings coordination
·
Supervision of contractors
·
You will act as the academy’s Nominated Person
for Health & Safety and ensure that our site is compliant, clean, and
functioning efficiently.
Key
Responsibilities
·
Maintain site safety and cleanliness to a high
standard
·
Conduct routine and emergency maintenance
·
Manage site access and security, including
opening/locking up
·
Oversee lettings and contractor activities
·
Carry out inspections and risk assessments
·
Use CAFM and ATT systems for reporting and
maintenance tracking
·
Respond quickly to health and safety issues,
including emergencies
·
Support events with room and equipment setup
·
Provide support across the Trust as needed
About You
·
First Aid and Health & Safety qualifications
·
Understanding of safeguarding and compliance
requirements
·
Proven experience in site/facilities supervision
·
Basic repair and maintenance skills
·
IT literacy and ability to use reporting systems
·
Strong communication and team skills
·
Flexible, reliable, and organised
·
Willingness to work unsociable hours if needed
