This is a new position in our family of schools. We advise

As the Head of People and HR you will join our executive leadership team
and play a key role in embedding our vision across the Trust as well as our new
strategic plan which you will help craft. You will also work collaboratively
with Principals/Heads of School, school leadership teams, and central team to
deliver a consistent level of services.
This role leads all People and HR related
activity, from strategy and policy design to operational delivery and oversight
ensuring we attract, retain and develop our people. In this senior role you
will define and set the culture and support our drive for change and
opportunity.
