M (£59,264 to £65,299 per annum)
Hours: 37 hours per week, all year round

Location: Hybrid working available to suit the appointee and needs of the Trust or a base at one of our academies could be an option. There will be a frequent requirement to travel to our Trust central office (Chatteris) and all of our academies
We are seeking to appoint an additional Assistant Director
of Finance for our Trust central team. You will support the Director of Finance
to ensure robust financial management of the Trust's academies, driving
performance improvement and ensuring the finance team provide a high-quality
finance service to the Academies and other relevant stakeholders.
We are looking for someone with significant finance
experience, a strong understanding of financial management principles,
including budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting, and an understanding
of the importance of compliance with financial procedures.
You will be joining our trust at an exciting time in our
journey where we continue to build the capacity and capabilities of our trust
as a whole through investment in the services delivered by our central team.
The Active Learning Trust is a Trust based across Suffolk
and Cambridgeshire, serving over 9000 children, with 1500 employees. We are a family of 19 academies, supported by
